Mary Sakaguchi
Principal/Attorney, Sakaguchi Felbeck Story & Reese, PLLC
“My experience as a litigator led to my belief that clients are best served in an interest-based process. This provides them with greater input and ownership when reaching a durable settlement. I value crafting solutions in pragmatic ways and believe in empowering my clients by making the law approachable and understandable.”
Mary S.W. Sakaguchi concentrates her practice primarily on Family Law and Real Estate Law. She started practicing in Southern California before she relocated to Washington in 2006. Mary has served in extensive leadership roles in the King County legal community and was a key member of the lobbying effort to enact the Uniform Collaborative Law Act (now RCW 7.77). Mary approaches her practice in assisting clients primarily through dispute resolution options such as mediation, negotiated settlements, and Collaborative Law.
